1. What exactly is the service that you provide?

We remove unwanted items from your property and legally dispose of them in an environmentally friendly manner. If you have accepted our free quotation, one of our uniformed 2 man teams will call and take the materials from anywhere on your property,load it into one of our vehicles to be taken away and disposed of, and then we clean up.

2. Can you remove anything?

Virtually anything, however there are a few hazardous materials for which we are not licensed to carry including asbestos, paint, vehicle batteries, and toxic substances. However when you call us we can discuss with you any item you may consider hazardous, and we will inform you if we can or cannot take it from your premises. We can remove any item of furniture, both household and office, carpets and floor covering, electrical appliances such as fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumbler drier, computer, printer, TV, fax machine etc. etc. We can remove garden refuse and tools, lawnmower,unwanted garden furniture, wood, shed, broken fencing, construction debris. As you can see, other than the hazardous items, for which we are neither licensed nor insured, we can remove just about any other items of junk from your home or office.

3.Are you also a Removal Service?

No. We are neither licensed nor insured to provide a traditional removal service and our vehicles are not designed for that service.

4.How do you charge?

We normally charge by volume ie. the amount of space the items take up in the truck, but if your material is exceptionally heavy then we would charge by weight eg.concrete, soil, rubble.

5. How much notice do you require?

The more notice you give us the better in order for us to arrange a time convenient to both you and us. However if the job is really urgent then we will always try to re-schedule our existing work to satisfy your needs.

6. Do you normally make a mess when removing items from a property?

We will try not to make a mess, and to ensure this does not happen, our staff will bring with them dust sheets, and clean shoes so that they will not mark carpet or other floor-covering. We also sweep up after clearing away the unwanted items and remember you don't pay until you are completely satisfied.

7. Why should I use your service instead of hiring a skip?

If you were to hire a skip, you would have to do all the loading and clearing up yourself, and you have a fixed charge for the skip regardless of how much you put in it. In addition you may also have the added hassle and expense of applying for a permit, and you could also have the problem of your neighbours using your skip for their unwanted items.
